Louisa is an experienced HR consultant with over 17 years’ experience, a Chartered Member of CIPD. She has worked across public and private sector organisations supporting managers from a wide range of backgrounds including Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Professional Services and Construction. Louisa is an accredited mediator with The Mediators Institute of Ireland with many years experience in helping resolve workplace disputes through the use of workplace mediation. In addition she is a part-time lecturer with UCD and Smurfit in the areas of HR and Organisational Behaviour and a trainer with IBEC focusing on People Management and Mediation courses. She is also a recognised public speaker, giving talks to various groups on Dispute Resolution, Mediation, HR in the SME sector and Leadership, Louisa has given talks for the Wicklow Chamber of Commerce, Network Ireland, IBEC, The Mediators Institute of Ireland, and Venture to name a few. Louisa is a strong supporter of women in the workplace and has been an active member of Network Ireland for several years. She was the National President of Network Ireland for 2020 and was a founding member and President for the Wicklow Branch for 2016 and 2017.
An expert in fields of HR, Leadership, and Mediation Louisa has been a key note speaker at several events throughout Ireland. Topics include Leadership, Performance Management, Workplace Mediation, Interpersonal disputes / Conflict Management, and HR for people managers.
As the President for Network Ireland 2020, and Wicklow Branch President for 2 years, Louisa has also done motivational speaking – her theme for 2020 was #PowerWithin
