About Louisa Meehan
Louisa Meehan is the owner of Woodview HRM, specialising in providing expert Human Resource and Workplace Mediation solutions to organisations.
Woodview HRM supports organisations across the full employee lifecycle, including HR policies, performance management, managerial development, workplace mediation, and disciplinary matters.
Louisa also lectures in HRM, Organisational Behaviour and Business Research in UCD Quinn School of Business and Smurfit School of Business, bringing current, research-informed thinking into practical workplace application.
She is a former National President of Network Ireland and a regular contributor to national media on workplace matters.
